Job summary
Aurecon, Melbourne-based engineering consultancy, seeks a Senior Advisor, Digital Communications to manage the company website, aligning with business goals and brand positioning. You will be part of a collaborative Brand, Marketing and Communications team focused on delivering accessible, high-quality digital experiences.
You will optimise site UX, drive performance with analytics, collaborate with content owners, and maintain governance across accessibility, brand, compliance and cybersecurity
Qualifications
- Five to seven years' experience managing and optimizing enterprise websites and digital channels.
- Excellent marketing and communications skills with strong editorial judgement and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience using enterprise content management systems, with Sitecore experience preferred.
- Strong digital analytics capability with ability to translate insights into improvements.
- Must have intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge, with knowledge of SEO and AIO best practice.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the website to improve user experience, discoverability and engagement.
- Use website analytics and market insights to drive continuous improvement and inform digital decisions.
- Collaborate with content owners to optimize website content for quality, discoverability and impact.
- Maintain website governance and champion best practice across accessibility, brand, compliance and cybersecurity.
- Manage the ongoing evolution of the website, working with IT and external partners to improve functionality and business outcomes.
