Aurecon is seeking an experienced Website Lead to optimise our enterprise site and digital channels from Melbourne. You will drive user experience, content quality, and governance across teams to deliver measurable improvements.

You will apply analytics, SEO and HTML/CSS basics to turn insights into practical enhancements and collaborate with IT and external partners to boost functionality and engagement.

Competenze

• At least five to seven years of experience managing and optimising enterprise websites and digital channels.
• Experience using enterprise content management systems with Sitecore experience preferred.
• Strong analytics capability to turn performance insights into practical improvements.

What you'll bring

• At least five to seven years' experience managing and optimising enterprise websites and digital channels
• Excellent marketing and communications skills, including strong editorial judgement and stakeholder engagement
• Experience using enterprise content management systems, with Sitecore experience preferred
• Strong digital analytics capability, with the ability to turn performance insights into practical improvements
• Must have intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge, with knowledge of SEO and AIO best practice
• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, digital marketing, public relations, journalism, business, strategy or a related discipline
