Aurecon Group is seeking a Senior Advisor, Digital Communications in Melbourne to manage the company website and support brand positioning. You will join a team focused on delivering impact through optimal user experiences and data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with content owners, governance across accessibility and cybersecurity, and ongoing evolution of digital platforms to achieve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least five to seven years’ experience managing and optimising enterprise websites and digital channels.
• Excellent marketing and communications skills, including strong editorial judgement and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using enterprise content management systems, with Sitecore experience preferred.
• Strong digital analytics capability, with the ability to turn performance insights into practical improvements.
• Must have intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge, with knowledge of SEO and AIO best practice.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, digital marketing, public relations, journalism, business, strategy or a related discipline.
