Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary or vocational training in engineering design and drafting, or engineering technology.
• Experience with design/drafting platforms including Autodesk and Bentley suites.
• Leadership experience in consulting engineering within mining or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design team development and governance across WA and SA regional businesses.
• Identify techniques to improve quality and operational excellence.
• Implement continuous improvement and manage design software life-cycle changes.
• Undertake recruitment, development and succession planning for the team.
• Foster an inclusive environment and empower team members to own responsibilities.
