Teeth On O'Hea in Coburg, VIC is seeking a Senior Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join full-time and grow into leadership. You will work across reception and chairside assisting, building your understanding of the practice while contributing to patient care.

As you develop, you’ll have the clear pathway to become Front Office Coordinator, taking on greater responsibility, rostering, and workflow planning, with support and training from the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental reception and dental assisting
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing appointment books and communicating with patients
• Interest in developing leadership and practice coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Managing patient appointments, enquiries, bookings and follow-ups
• Supporting dentists with chairside assisting
• Maintaining excellent patient service and communication
• Helping manage appointment books, cancellations and recalls
• Supporting sterilisation, infection control and clinical preparation
• Assisting with daily practice organisation, stock management and laboratory coordination
• Working closely with the team to keep the practice running efficiently
