Job summary

AB Health Group in Sydney's Panania area is seeking an experienced Senior Dental Receptionist to join a friendly, busy practice. You will manage the front desk, greet patients, coordinate appointments, handle calls and emails, process payments and health fund claims, and support recalls and treatment bookings.

This is a permanent full-time role with an opportunity to take ownership of a senior reception position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as dental receptionist or front desk role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Well-presented and reliable with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and provide a warm welcome to patients
• Coordinate appointments and maintain a busy appointment book
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
• Process payments, health fund claims and patient accounts
• Support recalls, treatment bookings and general administration
• Assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
• Deliver a consistently high standard of patient service
