Job summary

Reo Group Inc. is seeking a senior Principal Consultant to lead enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations. You will steer consulting workstreams, coordinate with project managers and engage directly with sponsors, architects and developers to drive successful solutions.

You will guide design decisions, explore Power Platform and AI-enabled approaches, and mentor junior consultants while expanding the firm's CRM delivery capabilities across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Substantial client-facing consulting experience in enterprise CRM initiatives.
• Strong functional design and understanding of Sales/Service processes.
• Leadership of senior consulting workstreams on large D365 CE projects.

Responsibilities

• Set functional direction for enterprise CRM programs and key design decisions.
• Clarify priorities with customer sponsors and explain options and consequences.
• Translate project plans into consulting workstreams, tasks and deliverables with PM guidance.
• Guide functional design across D365 CE applications with input from specialists.
• Review solutions and resolve issues affecting acceptance or delivery.
• Coach colleagues and develop independent consulting capabilities.
• Coordinate architects, developers and specialists around coherent solution decisions.
• Improve consulting methodologies and knowledge resources for future engagements.
• Contribute to estimates and customer presentations with senior input.
