Reo Group Inc. seeks a Senior Functional Consultant to own a D365 CE workstream, guiding requirements, configuration, and delivery. You will collaborate with process owners, architects and developers to deliver effective CE solutions and leverage Power Platform for extensions where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering D365 CE implementations in a senior functional capacity.
• Solid ability to elicit requirements and translate them into actionable work.
• Experience with Power Platform to support CE requirements; Microsoft certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own a D365 CE functional workstream from requirements through to acceptance and release.
• Collaborate with process owners to identify issues, priorities and decisions.
• Develop user stories and functional detail for delivery teams.
• Configure CE applications and determine where Power Platform extensions are needed.
• Plan and allocate consulting activities with the project manager and track dependencies.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on design questions for workable outcomes.
• Guide customers and teams through functional testing, training, and early adoption.
• Flag delivery obstacles early and secure timely decisions.
• Coach colleagues and share practical knowledge within the team.
• Identify uses of automation and AI to improve customer processes.
