Job summary

Reo Group Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead large Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE engagements, guiding senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across CRM programs in New Zealand.

You will set strategic direction, complex design decisions and drive delivery with project managers, architects and developers, while expanding the practice with Power Platform and AI-enabled approaches. The role offers relocation assistance and sponsorship for exceptional candidates, with Auckland

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing consulting and leading enterprise-scale D365 CE implementations.
• Strong functional design and business-process understanding.
• Ability to explain CRM decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 CE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set functional direction for enterprise CRM programmes and make important design decisions.
• Work with customer sponsors to clarify priorities and explain consequences.
• Turn project plan into consulting workstreams, assignments and deliverables.
• Guide functional design across relevant D365 CE applications.
• Review proposed solutions and resolve issues that could affect customer acceptance or implementation.
• Coach colleagues through live project challenges and help them build independent consulting capability.
• Bring architects, developers and functional specialists together around coherent solution decisions.
• Improve shared consulting methods, quality checks and knowledge resources for future engagements.
• Provide senior input to estimates, customer presentations and prospective project discussions.
• Identify appropriate uses for Power Platform, Copilot and AI-enabled methods in customer and internal work.
