Job summary

Reo Group Inc. seeks a Principal Consultant to lead senior-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE engagements in New Zealand. You will steer consulting workstreams, set functional directions and collaborate with project managers to align solutions with customer goals.

You’ll drive design quality, coach junior staff, and push forward opportunities to apply Power Platform and Copilot AI to improve outcomes for large, enterprise-scale CRM programmes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in client-facing consulting and leading enterprise Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Strong functional design and business-process understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to balance priorities, scope, and delivery in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Set functional direction for enterprise CRM programmes and make design decisions.
• Clarify priorities with customer sponsors and explain option consequences.
• Translate project plans into consulting workstreams, assignments and deliverables with PM.
• Guide functional design across D365 CE apps and involve specialists as needed.
• Review proposed solutions and resolve issues impacting acceptance or implementation.
• Coach colleagues and help them develop consulting capability.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and specialists to align solutions.
• Improve consulting methods, quality checks and reusable knowledge.
• Contribute to estimates and customer-facing discussions with senior input.
• Identify suitable Power Platform and AI-enabled approaches for projects.
