Reo Group Inc. seeks a Principal Consultant to lead senior-level Dynamics 365 CE engagements, guiding consulting workstreams and making solution decisions.

You will partner with Project Managers and customer sponsors to shape delivery and client outcomes, with scope to introduce Power Platform and AI enhancements. Applicants bring extensive client-facing consulting experience, strong functional design and a track record in enterprise CRM programs, including Sales and Customer Service processes

Qualifications

• Extensive client-facing consulting experience on enterprise CRM projects.
• Strong functional design and business-process understanding.
• Experience with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service.
• Dynamics 365 CE certifications and a relevant degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set functional direction for enterprise CRM programmes and make important design decisions.
• Clarify priorities with sponsors and explain the consequences of available options.
• Turn the project plan into clear consulting workstreams and deliverables.
• Coach colleagues and share reusable methods across engagements.
• Identify uses for Power Platform and AI in customer solutions.
