Job summary

You will mentor consultants, promote reusable approaches, and explore Power Platform and AI opportunities to improve solutions. The role offers relocation sponsorship for exceptional candidates and strong opportunities for senior influence.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in client-facing consulting and leading enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform and AI-enabled approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set functional direction for enterprise CRM programmes and make important design decisions.
• Guide consulting workstreams and deliverables with the Project Manager.
• Coach colleagues and help them build independent consulting capability.
• Bring architects, developers and functional specialists together around coherent solution decisions.
• Improve consulting methods and knowledge resources for future engagements.
• Provide senior functional input to estimates and customer presentations.
• Identify appropriate uses for Power Platform, Copilot and AI-enabled methods in customer solutions.
