Job summary

Reo Group Inc in New Zealand is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead large Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects, setting functional direction and owning the consulting contribution end-to-end. You will work with Project Managers, customer sponsors and architects to shape delivery and outcomes.

You will mentor teams, drive design decisions, and identify opportunities to leverage Power Platform and Copilot AI to enhance customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in client-facing consulting on enterprise CRM projects.
• Proven ability to define functional design and align with business processes.
• Experience leading consulting workstreams and coordinating with PMs, architects and developers.

Responsibilities

• Set functional direction for enterprise CRM programmes and make critical design decisions.
• Clarify priorities with sponsors and explain consequences of options.
• Translate project plans into consulting workstreams with clear deliverables.
• Guide functional design across D365 CE apps with specialist input as needed.
• Review proposed solutions and resolve issues affecting acceptance or implementation.
• Coach colleagues and build independent consulting capability.
• Bring architects, developers and functional specialists together around coherent solution decisions.
• Improve consulting methods, quality checks and knowledge resources for future engagements.
• Provide senior input to estimates, presentations and prospective projects.
• Identify uses for Power Platform, Copilot and AI-enabled methods in customer work.
