Reo Group Inc is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead major Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects in New Zealand. You will steer consulting workstreams, make crucial design decisions and collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery.

You will work directly with customer sponsors, solve problems with architects and developers, and bring your expertise into early-stage discussions. The practice aims to expand work while maintaining delivery quality.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience in client-facing consulting and leading enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional design and CRM solutions.
• Experience across Sales, Customer Service, and related modules in D365 CE.

Aufgaben

• Set functional direction for enterprise CRM programmes and make important design decisions.
• Work with customer sponsors to clarify priorities and explain the consequences of available options.
• Turn the project plan into clear consulting workstreams, assignments and deliverables with the Project Manager.
• Guide functional design across relevant D365 CE applications, drawing on specialist input where needed.
• Review proposed solutions and resolve issues that could affect customer acceptance or implementation.
• Coach colleagues through live project challenges and help them build independent consulting capability.
• Bring architects, developers and functional specialists together around coherent solution decisions.
• Improve shared consulting methods, quality checks and knowledge resources for future engagements.
• Provide senior functional input to estimates, customer presentations and prospective project discussions.
• Identify appropriate uses for Power Platform, Copilot and AI-enabled methods in customer and internal work.
