Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a Security Engineer in Brisbane, Australia, to work with sales teams and customers on advanced cyber security solutions. You'll lead technical engagements, address questions, run Proof-of-Value and Cyber Workshops, and demonstrate Check Point's portfolio to protect customers’ operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum 7 years of security engineering and pre-/post-sales experience.
• Solid understanding of network security and Check Point or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and customer-architecture skills.
• English fluency, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to recommend Check Point solutions for customer security needs.
• Provide guidance based on best practices to drive optimal outcomes.
• Lead technical engagements, address questions, and manage PoV and Cyber Workshops.
• Demonstrate the full Check Point portfolio to protect operations and data.
• Drive meetings to identify problems and deliver appropriate solutions.
