Access4 in Sydney is seeking a Solutions Consultant with a strong UC/voice background to join our team, providing pre-sales, solution architecture and technical escalation support. You will partner with sales and reseller teams to design, demonstrate and scope solutions, deliver training, and guide customers through complex UC deployments while aligning with our delivery methodology.

Hybrid work is offered with three days in the office and two from home, in a collaborative, customer‑centric

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with UCaaS environments (e.g. Teams Calling, Webex, RingCentral).
• Track record of delivering voice and collaboration solutions that improve customer experience.
• Strong UC/voice technical background, including designing complex call flows.
• 2–3 years’ pre-sales experience with a technical focus.
• Experience delivering customer training and support.
• Exposure to Continual Service Improvement processes.
• Strong documentation skills, including training materials and user guides.
• Exceptional customer service, relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective time management and project adherence.

Responsabilités

• Acting as a subject matter expert in voice and UC solution design and configuration.
• Assisting partners with solution scoping and technical strategy.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to sales teams, offering fit-to-purpose solution guidance.
• Reviewing and signing off on large deal technical solutions.
• Supporting acquisition and onboarding teams as needed.
• Ensuring successful delivery and implementation of scoped solutions.
• Facilitating effective communication between internal teams, partners and end customers.
• Representing Access4 in webinars and podcasts as a technical expert.
• Contributing to training materials, user guides and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Staying aware of ISO certifications and standards, and actively participating in related training, audits and improvement effort.
• Partner with direct sales and reseller teams to craft solution strategies.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business challenges and map them to our platform’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with API Technical Specialists to design integrations and technical solutions for unique customer problems.
• Support reseller partners by providing enablement, training, and joint customer engagement in pre-sales cycles.
• Create and maintain sales assets (demo environments, solution playbooks, ROI models) for both direct and reseller use.
• Provide clear handoff to post-sales Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
