Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide post-sales engineering review, leadership and support for won projects in Australia and New Zealand. You will guide critical infrastructure deployments, ensure design compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

You will act as a technical authority, drive documentation, and coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure successful hand-over and deployment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years engineering experience.
• Knowledge of mission-critical power infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Australian and international standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Attend the documentation hand-over process from Pre- to Post-Sales teams for won projects.
• Review the proposal for compliance, budgeting and buildability.
• Provide technical leadership on engineering decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with partners, contractors and vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Product/Service teams to ensure successful delivery and hand-over.
• Ensure site documentation and revisions are uploaded and accurate.
• Support with site testing procedures and project governance.
