Job summary

Vertiv Co in Australia seeks a Senior Post-Sales Engineer to provide technical leadership on won projects across ANZ. You will guide deployment of Vertiv products and services and coordinate with Pre- and Post-Sales, ensuring successful design, testing and handover.

The role requires an Electrical Engineering degree and 10+ years' engineering experience, with strong skills in drafting, procurement and project coordination for mission-critical power systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years engineering experience.
• Experience with mission critical power infrastructure.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Attend the documentation hand-over process from Pre to Post-Sales teams once a project has been won or has a very high likelihood.
• Act as technical authority for engineering decisions and design philosophies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure cost-effective, technically sound solutions.
• Attend project meetings on scope, technical qualifications, testing procedures and programs for Vertiv associates, contractors, and customers.
• Ensure thorough hand-over to Project Management when units arrive in country.
