Job summary

Nutworks on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Senior Customer Service Coordinator to cover parental leave. Based in Yandina, this temporary full-time role blends admin tasks with export paperwork, distributor onboarding and EA-style support to the International Sales Manager.

You’ll handle lead generation, maintain the sales pipeline and service key accounts, with a strong sales orientation, excellent communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles with sales focus.
• Ability to manage distributor onboarding and export paperwork.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to cover a parental leave period (temporary).
