Job summary

Silverback Cargo Care, a leader in industrial consumables and safety solutions, invites applications for a permanent, full-time Customer Service and Administrator role based at our Sunshine West branch.

You will handle inbound calls, greet walk-in customers, provide quotes and pricing, enter quotes and orders into SAP, take payments, and coordinate with the warehouse and sales team to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or completed a Certificate in Business Administration.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in customer service and administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls and greeting walk-in customers.
• Promote products and services to drive sales growth.
• Provide quotes and pricing; enter quotes and orders into SAP; process payments.
• Send pick lists to the warehouse team.
• Obtain supplier pricing when required.
• Support Sales Reps with stock enquiries.
• Provide admin support for Branch Coordinator and Internal Sales Rep.
• Manage online orders, branch transfers and freight bookings.
• Coordinate with warehouse for spill audits and bookings calendar.
