Informatica seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager for Tableau-based analytics across global accounts in Sydney. You will drive adoption, governance and value realization from Tableau and Salesforce investments, elevating analytics maturity.

The role blends executive stakeholder management with hands-on analytics strategy, aligning business goals with data-driven outcomes and governance practices to maximize customer success and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale or global analytics deployments.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce ecosystem (Data 360, CRM Analytics, embedded analytics).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Accountability and Account Leadership: lead analytics initiatives across multi-org Signature customers.
• ROI-Driven Engagement: measure business impact of analytics investments and drive ROI.
• Complex Program Management: own the Signature experience across complex customers and map priorities to adoption roadmaps.
• Resource Mobilization: coordinate SEs, Analytics Consultants, Data Architects and partners for deployments.
• Engagement Charter: define goals and metrics for analytics maturity and value delivery.
• Business Value Integration: align customer goals with internal teams to deliver value.
• Agentic Workflow Design: design multi-step workflows to free senior staff for relationships.
