Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager for Tableau data, analytics & AI strategy to drive business value across complex, multi‑org Signature customers.

You will partner on data, analytics and AI strategy, advance analytics maturity, governance and adoption, and integrate analytics across Tableau, Data 360, Agentforce, Slack to deliver scalable customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic consulting, Customer Success or SaaS with hands-on BI/analytics.
• Strong understanding of analytics strategy and governance.
• Familiar with cloud analytics deployment and administration.
• Exceptional communication and ability to influence at all levels, including C-level.
• Resilience and ability to align stakeholders across complex environments.
• Technical acumen to bridge business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic accountability and account leadership for Signature customers.
• Drive analytics adoption and governance within the customer workflow.
• Lead ROI-driven engagements and measure business impact of analytics.
• Own complex programs across multi-org environments and define roadmaps.
• Mobilize SEs, Analytics Consultants, Data Architects and Partners as needed.
• Craft engagement charters with clear goals and metrics.
• Develop deep knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce data/AI ecosystem.
