Salesforce seeks a seasoned Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager, to drive strategic outcomes for Signature customers by embedding analytics and AI into the flow of work across Tableau and Salesforce ecosystems.

The role partners with executive stakeholders, shapes governance models, and leads multi-org deployments to maximise value from data, analytics, and AI capabilities. Remote-friendly, customer-centric, high-impact leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic consulting with data/AI practice preferred.
• Hands-on BI/analytics experience with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or Looker.
• Strong analytics governance and data-driven decision making knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Strategic accountability and account leadership for complex, multi-org customers.
• ROI-driven engagement: measure business impact of analytics investments.
• Own signature experience across multi-org deployments and develop analytics roadmaps.
• Mobilize resources: coordinate SEs, analytics consultants, data architects and partners.
• Draft engagement charters with goals and metrics for adoption and value delivery.
• Align internal stakeholders to customer data/technical goals.
• Design multi-step workflows to enable agents while freeing time for strategic relationships.
• Determine which tasks require human vs AI high-touch coverage.
