Job summary

Invocare in Australia is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their national logistics finance team on a 6-month contract with temp-to-perm potential. You will manage end-to-end credit control, drive collections and build strong stakeholder relationships to support cash flow.

Hybrid working arrangement, $45ph + Super, and a supportive team with modern systems are offered. Candidates with 3+ years in credit control, ERP experience and strong communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of financial work experience; accounting or financial supervision preferred.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic software such as Xero, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credit control across a large debtor ledger.
• Proactively follow up outstanding invoices and manage collections.
• Maintain aged receivables reporting and elevate risk where required.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries, billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy of balances.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and customer service to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month-end processes including reporting and debtor analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across credit control processes and systems.
