Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a 6-month contract with hybrid working in Australia. You will manage a large debtor ledger, drive collections, and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role requires a solid background in credit control, strong communication, and experience with ERP systems. The position offers a hybrid setup and a potential pathway to permanency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance or accounting.
• Experience in a full-function accounts receivable/collections role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end credit control process across a large debtor ledger.
• Proactively follow up outstanding invoices and manage collections per policy.
• Maintain aged receivables reporting and escalate risk when needed.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve customer queries.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure balances are accurate.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and customer service to resolve issues.
• Support month-end processes including reporting and debtor analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of credit control processes.
