Swoop Telecom in Sydney is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our team on a 6-month full-time contract. You will own overdue accounts, drive collections, and strengthen customer relationships through timely, accurate communications.

This fast-paced role requires experience in accounts receivable or credit collections, strong negotiation and CRM/Excel skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or credit collections.
• Track record working in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Solid negotiation and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overdue accounts through high-volume outbound calls to secure payments and reduce aged debt.
• Prioritise and work through debtor lists based on risk and ageing.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and agreements.
• Identify and resolve account issues and work with internal teams to resolve them quickly.
