Job summary

Maxlife Care is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive referral growth, community engagement and partnerships across the South Coast region. You will act as an ambassador for Maxlife Care, building trusted relationships with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, hospital staff and community organisations.

This full-time role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to shape growth in a doctor-led NDIS provider focused on complex disability supports.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in business development or community engagement or disability services.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability sector including SIL and complex supports.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills; existing network is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with referral partners and community organisations.
• Identify and pursue referral growth opportunities aligned with complex supports.
• Represent Maxlife Care at community events and networking opportunities to build brand visibility.
• Deliver informative, culturally responsive presentations to stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with Transitions Manager and clinical leadership to manage hospital referrals.
• Analyse community needs and market opportunities to inform growth priorities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting.
