Maxlife Care - Who we are

Maxlife Care is a doctor-led NDIS provider delivering clinically robust, person-centred care to clients with complex needs. With an in-house clinical team of GPs and nurses at our core, we are the only Supported Independent Living provider in NSW offering 24/7 access to medical care. We are scaling rapidly across NSW and our reputation for managing high-acuity, complex disability and behavioural supports is opening new referral pathways every week.

About The Role

As we grow, we are investing in the community engagement and referral partnerships that connect our services with the clients who need them most. This is a role for someone who understands that the difference between a great NDIS provider and a growing one is the quality of the relationships behind it.

You will act as a key ambassador for Maxlife Care, building trusted relationships with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, hospital social workers, allied health professionals and community organisations.

You will report to the Head of Client Partnerships, with priorities agreed and reviewed regularly so your effort is concentrated on the relationships and growth activity with the greatest impact.

This is a full-time role with flexible working arrangements on offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, hospital transition teams, allied health professionals, community organisations and other referral partners.
  • Identify and pursue referral growth opportunities aligned with Maxlife Care's specialty in complex, high-acuity and behavioural supports.
  • Represent Maxlife Care at community events, sector forums, expos and networking opportunities that build brand visibility and trust.
  • Deliver informative, culturally responsive presentations and information sessions to stakeholders and referral partners.
  • Partner with the Transitions Manager and clinical leadership to ensure referrals from hospitals and health services are handled seamlessly and safely.
  • Analyse community needs and market opportunities to inform business development priorities and service positioning.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of stakeholder activity, referrals and pipeline progress, and provide regular reporting to the Head of Client Partnerships.
About You

You are a confident relationship builder with a genuine understanding of the NDIS and disability sector. You know how referral pathways work and you know how to open doors.

You Will Bring
  • Minimum three years' experience in business development, community engagement, stakeholder engagement or disability services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS and the disability sector, including SIL and complex support needs.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with an existing or transferable professional network.
  • Confident presentation, networking and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and stakeholder reporting.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to represent an organisation with warmth and professionalism.
  • A relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, Human Services, Health, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the South Coast region.
Why Maxlife Care?

Maxlife Care is committed to supporting people with disability to experience greater independence, inclusion and quality of life. You will join an organisation that values strong leadership, continuous improvement and services built around each participant's individual needs and goals.

This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who want business development work that is visible, purposeful and has a direct line of sight to better outcomes for clients and families.
