Job summary

La Trobe University in Victoria is seeking a Senior Coordinator for the PEAK Scholars Program to shape design, delivery and evaluation. You will lead student engagement across regional campuses, build strategic partnerships, and oversee program evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement.

The role drives scalable, student-centred approaches that strengthen belonging and success for regional and equity cohort students, with regular travel to campuses and some out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in any area with at least 4 years experience or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Strong organisation and multi-project management ability
• Self-motivated with personal management skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of student transition and leadership development principles

Responsibilities

• Lead student engagement initiatives across regional campuses
• Develop strategic partnerships with industry, community and university partners
• Oversee program evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement
