Job summary

SEDA College (Victoria) seeks a Regional Manager to lead its High Performance Program (HPP) within Year 11 & 12. The role partners with industry to tailor student career plans, supports staff development, and ensures a positive student experience across four sports.

Extensive travel and strategic oversight will be required. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher or leading teacher with high-performance experience, possess VIT registration, and hold relevant training

Qualifications

• Experience leading teachers in a high‑performance environment.
• Background in sports development pathways and adolescent athletic development.
• Ability to lead and support teaching staff within educational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Assistant Principal Operations.
• Direct line manager for the college teacher.
• Oversee management, facilitation, training and assessment within the High Performance Program.
• Travel as required; role based at an agreed venue.
