La Trobe University invites applications for a Senior Coordinator to lead the PEAK Scholars Program within the Regional Pathway Program. You will shape its design, delivery and evaluation, working with regional campuses and university-wide stakeholders to enhance student engagement.
The role oversees scholarships, leadership development, mentoring, peer engagement and industry connections, driving scalable, student-centred approaches that improve transition outcomes for regional and equity
Qualifikationen
- Undergraduate degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
- Self-motivated with strong personal management.
- Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program outcomes.
- Knowledge of student transition, engagement and leadership development for regional and equity cohorts.

- Lead student engagement initiatives across regional campuses.
- Develop strategic partnerships to support program objectives.
- Oversee program evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement.
