Job summary

La Trobe University seeks a Senior Coordinator to shape the PEAK Scholars Program within the Regional Pathway Program. You will design delivery approaches, develop partnerships and lead evaluation to ensure outcomes for regional and equity cohort students.

You will work with regional campuses and stakeholders to foster belonging, engagement and success, coordinating scholarships, mentoring, and industry connections while travelling to campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in any area with at least 4 years experience, or extensive management expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in small teams.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and sustain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead student engagement initiatives across regional campuses.
• Develop strategic partnerships and oversee program evaluation and reporting.
• Drive scalable, student-centred approaches to improve transition outcomes.
• Oversee an integrated program of scholarships, leadership development, mentoring, peer engagement and industry connections.
• Travel regularly to La Trobe’s regional campuses and occasional out-of-hours work.
