Job summary

La Trobe University is seeking a Senior Coordinator for the PEAK Scholars Program within its Regional Pathway Program. The role will shape design, delivery and evaluation of the program, working with regional campuses and stakeholders to enhance leadership and student belonging.

Responsibilities include driving engagement initiatives, building partnerships, and overseeing evaluation and continuous improvement to support regional and equity cohort students. Travel to campuses will be required.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with 4+ years experience, or extensive management expertise.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in small teams.
Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage multiple projects.
Self-motivation and strong personal management.
Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of student transition, engagement and leadership development principles.

Responsibilities

Lead student engagement initiatives and develop strategic partnerships.
Oversee program evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement.
Develop scalable, student-centred approaches to improve transitions for regional and equity cohort students.
Strengthen belonging, engagement and success for regional students through leadership development and mentoring.
Travel regularly to regional campuses with occasional out-of-hours work and overnight stays.
