Job summary

Job Q in Buderim, QLD is seeking 1-2 experienced cooks for full-time roles. The successful candidates will produce high-quality dishes, follow menus and recipes, and contribute to menu development while maintaining excellent customer service.

Salary range is AUD 70,000–75,000 per year, with a focus on teamwork and culinary excellence. Ideal applicants will have a background in Cookery & Hospitality or equivalent and prior restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Produce and maintain superior standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed.
• Assist with menu development and follow recipes.
• Liaise with colleagues to meet customer requirements.
• Good organisational skills, ability to priorities and work effectively.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Educational background in Cookery & Hospitality or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience within a restaurant environment is preferred.
• High standards in customer service.
• High level of interpersonal, communication and team skill.
