Qualifications

• You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen with trade cooking qualifications.
• You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity.
• Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare enjoyable, nutritious meals for residents and guests.
• Liaise with centre staff for feedback on meals and dietary requirements.
• Use initiative, be organised and flexible to meet service needs, including promoting healthy eating practices.
• Lead and assist the hospitality team in meal preparation and ensuring food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace to a high standard.
• Provide prompt courteous service and professional conduct with residents, families, and colleagues.
