Infinite Aged Care in Hahndorf seeks a Casual Cook to prepare nutritious, resident-focused meals, supervising kitchen staff and supporting wellbeing.

You’ll follow seasonal menus, ensure food safety, and collaborate with the care team to meet dietary needs. This physically active role requires daily bending and lifting.

Formación

• Hold a Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate desirable.
• Strong communication and ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Committed to safety, upskilling, continuous learning and resident-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in Aged Care or Health is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for residents, meeting dietary needs.
• Implement seasonal menus and maintain high food safety and presentation.
• Lead and motivate kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Oversee food purchasing, stock control, and kitchen efficiency.
• Cater for special occasions and community events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming kitchen for residents.
