Infinite Aged Care is seeking a casual Cook for our Mt Lofty care home. You’ll prepare nutritious meals, supervise kitchen staff, and uphold safe, hygienic practices to support resident wellbeing.

Lead and manage kitchen operations, oversee purchasing, and cater for special events while maintaining a welcoming dining experience. Qualifications include Certificate III in Commercial Cookery; Food Safety Supervisor is desirable.

Formación

• Hold a Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Committed to safety, upskilling, continuous learning and bring a resident-focused mindset to all aspects of your work.
• Previous experience in Aged Care or Health is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Create delicious, nutritious meals that respect residents’ dietary needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
• Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee food purchasing, stock control, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
