Job summary

Aequalis Consulting Pty is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead commercial delivery on long-term utilities projects in Greater Sydney. You will manage head and subcontract agreements, support cost control, and ensure contract compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in contracts administration on infrastructure or utilities, strong knowledge of contract law, and proven ability to coordinate multiple fronts with project managers, estimators, and procurement teams across a dynamic

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in contracts administration on infrastructure or utilities projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, construction compliance, and project financials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work fronts and subcontractor relationships.
• Attention to detail and confidence reviewing technical scopes and pricing.
• Solid communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage head and subcontract agreements from award to close-out
• Support cost control, financial reporting, and contract compliance
• Review scopes of work and prepare variations, extensions of time, and progress claims
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and procurement teams
• Maintain detailed commercial documentation and assist in dispute resolution as needed
