• Proficiency with construction software such as Jobpac or Cheops.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process subcontractor claims, variations, and payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support cost tracking and forecasting with project teams.
• Assist in commercial risk mitigation and downstream contract administration.
• Collaborate with site teams and commercial leads to keep delivery on track.
