Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking two Senior Contract Administrators to support a $30 billion capital program over the next decade. You will manage major design and engineering consultancy contracts within InfrastructureDelivery frameworks, providing commercial and contractual advice to project teams and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in contract and commercial management in construction, strong knowledge of construction law, and proven ability to partner with business units while

Qualifications

• Relevant degree qualification (e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law, Engineering, Business) or experience deemed equivalent.
• Professional MRICs or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of major design and engineering consultancy services contracts within the InfrastructureDelivery frameworks.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams and key stakeholders.
• Lead the assessment and negotiation of contract variations, claims, and commercial disputes.
• Monitor contractor performance, compliance, and contract obligations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks across projects.
• Prepare commercial reports, recommendations, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams to achieve project objectives.
