Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to support project delivery teams across WA. You will manage subcontract administration from procurement through to final account, prepare variations and claims, and help with cost forecasting and monthly reporting to maximise project value.

Candidates should have 5+ years in contract administration or commercial roles in construction or utilities, with strong knowledge of subcontract management and procurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration or commercial roles.
• Ability to interpret contract terms and identify risks and opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract administration from procurement through to final account and close out.
• Prepare, assess and negotiate variations, claims, extensions of time and commercial notices.
• Support project teams with cost forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting requirements.
• Administer payment claims, payment schedules and subcontractor invoicing processes.
• Monitor contract performance, identify commercial risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate contract registers, records and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Finance and Commercial teams to maximise project outcomes.
