Job summary

Renascent in Perth is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to own day-to-day commercial and contractual needs, including tendering, procurement, variations, and contract correspondence. You will support upstream and downstream activities across tendering, delivery, contract close and settlement.

The role requires a tertiary qualification, 5+ years of CA experience, strong leadership, clear communication, and proficiency with Jobpac and Procore.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in a related field.
• 5+ years as a Contracts Administrator with commercial/contractual risk management.
• Hands-on procurement experience for major subcontract packages on large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience delivering commercial projects with knowledge of local construction markets and subcontractors.
• Tech-savvy with Jobpac and Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tender Documentation: Prepare, collate, and evaluate tender documents.
• Managing Subcontractors: Handle subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
• Claim and Variation Support: Assist with progress claims and external variations.
• Negotiation contracts: Review, negotiate, and finalise subcontracts.
• Expense Reimbursement: Manage project expenditures and subcontractor claims.
• Monthly Reporting: Work with Contracts Manager to prepare monthly reports.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure activities align with company policies.
