Job summary

Ausenco, Perth-based, seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead contract and commercial activities across pre- and post-contract phases for major projects.

You will administer multiple subcontract and supplier packages, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure compliance with contract conditions, schedules, and risk controls, while supporting tendering and procurement efforts.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in contracts administration or related roles.
• Experience in D&C, CM, EPCM, or major project delivery environments.
• Experience managing multiple subcontract/supplier packages.
• Strong contractor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with project leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer and manage multiple contract packages across pre- and post-contract phases.
• Draft RFT and RFP documents and review tender packs.
• Assist with BOQ establishment and package development.
• Maintain contract schedules, registers and commercial tracking tools.
• Provide monthly contractual reporting and commercial support to leadership.
• Liaise with document control for data integrity across all contract packages.
