Manteena is seeking a Contracts Administrator in Canberra ACT to support delivery of commercial construction projects. Based on site, you'll manage contracts, procurement, subcontractor engagement, cost control and commercial administration from project start to completion.

The role suits someone with a proactive mindset, strong financial literacy and excellent communication to build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar construction role.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and desire to develop your career in construction.

Responsabilidades

• Administering head contract and subcontract obligations
• Managing variations, claims, extensions of time and contractual correspondence
• Preparing trade packages, scopes of work and tender documentation
• Coordinating procurement activities and evaluating subcontractor submissions
• Tracking project costs, forecasts, budgets and cash flow
• Assessing subcontractor payment claims and contract performance
• Supporting risk identification and mitigation across the project lifecycle
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing project team
