Job summary

Pacific Formwork/Precast Projects in Canberra is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. You will administer subcontracts and supplier agreements, review variations and claims, and support cost control and project financial reporting on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Ideal candidates have proven Contracts Administration experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication to liaise with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers on site

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Contracts Administration
• Ability to interpret contract terms, variations and progress claims
• Competent reading of construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation
• Proficient in construction-related software and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with all kinds of people
• Strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage subcontracts and supplier agreements
• Review contract documentation, variations, and claims
• Prepare and assist in cost control, forecast revisions and project financial reporting
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project governance
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team and subcontractors
