Manteena is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join the Pre-Construction team in Canberra. You will coordinate tender submissions, draft responses, and develop project profiles.

You'll collaborate across estimating, project delivery, marketing and HSEQ, using Adobe InDesign to produce professional submissions. The role offers growth in a dynamic construction group and exposure to innovative pre-construction activities.

Qualificações

• Experience in bid coordination, tendering, marketing or pre-construction in the construction industry.
• Strong writing and document presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end tender submissions and manage key deadlines.
• Draft, edit and format non-price tender responses.
• Develop capability statements, project profiles and team resumes.
• Produce professional submission documents using Adobe InDesign.
• Create graphics, methodology diagrams and presentation materials.
• Assist with site logistics plans and 4D visualisations (full training provided).
• Collaborate with estimating, project delivery, marketing and HSEQ teams.
