UGL Pty Limited is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support project delivery across cost, time and quality targets. You will work with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager to manage upstream and downstream contract administration for goods, materials and services in a dynamic energy and industrial portfolio.

The role can be based in North Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide and requires 3–5 years in contracts administration in resources/construction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Contracts Administration or similar in resources/construction.
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills; SAP desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage all contract administration activities for the project.
• Prepare accurate, on‑time payment claims in line with head contract and payments legislation.
• Review and coordinate subcontractor payment claims and variations.
• Monitor contract securities, insurances, claims and variations.
• Administer subcontract agreements to ensure delivery against cost, quality and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with Project, Design and Construction Managers to ensure on‑time delivery of goods and services.
• Support monthly internal and external project reporting (e.g., S‑curves, earned value ratios, productivity).
• Conduct preliminary commercial evaluation of subcontractor tenders.
