Amida Recruitment is seeking a Senior/Contracts Administrator or Senior/Quantity Surveyor to join a leading cost consultancy on a major Australian civil infrastructure project. Role based in Cooma, NSW, with the option for DIDO or FIFO from Canberra region; accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in forensic cost analysis, contract administration and financial reporting.
• Ability to forecast costs, interpret drawings, and manage variations and claims.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed cost forecasting, budgeting, and rate analysis
• Review drawings and forecasts to refine project scope
• Prepare variations, progress claims, and contract documents
• Provide financial and contractual advice to stakeholders
• Participate in forensic cost reviews and risk assessments
• Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and commercial managers
• Analyse drawings and scope to accurate forecasts
