Job summary

Amida Recruitment is representing a leading cost consultancy recruiting for a Senior / Contracts Administrator or Senior / Quantity Surveyor to join a Cooma NSW team. The role focuses on large-scale MEP services within civil infrastructure, offering a 12-month+ contract with Monday–Friday work and local or DIDO/FIFO commuting options.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10+ years of experience in forensic cost analysis, contract administration and financial reporting, with tertiary qualifications in

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering Civil/infrastructure.
• Experience with forensic cost analysis and cost control for large civil or infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost forecasting, budgeting, and rate analysis.
• Review drawings and project documentation to support cost forecasts.
• Define, refine and validate project scope with project teams.
• Prepare and manage variations, progress claims, and contract documentation.
• Provide financial and contractual advice to stakeholders.
• Participate in cost reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners and commercial managers.
