• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• 10–20+ years of experience in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost forecasting, budgeting, and rate analysis.
• Review drawings and forecasts to refine project cost.
• Prepare variations, progress claims, and contract documentation.
• Provide financial and contractual advice to project stakeholders.
